Today I am officially back to eating. I am still to avoid sugar and starch but I can, actually I have to eat many more calories.
So far for breakfast I had a ham and onion omelet.
I am also able to start exercising now that I am eating more calories so this afternoon I will be starting some work out DVD's I have had forever but haven't yet tried out. I will discuss tomorrow what I decide to do.
