Quick update...

Well so far I haven't had much success. I did get my results back from my new doctor. Apparently the secret to a good life is to be fat because even my cholesterol is great! Good but also bad because that just means there is nothing causing the weight gain but me!
I believe I may try a T.O.P.S. meeting, apparently they are the poor mans weight watchers. I obviously need help outside myself, so we will see. We are trying to go to Disney this fall and I REALLY don't want to be a big old ft ass that embarrasses my daughter!

No I haven't broken my resolution already

I honestly have had nothing to say. My son has been under the weather and very clingy so no exercise for mommy, unless lifting him counts. I did go to a new general doctor so I will be getting blood work drawn either tomorrow or Monday so hopefully we will find my b vit levels are low to help explain my energy levels. More when I get some info. The doc did say he would give me some appetite suppressants but can't do it will the monster is still nursing... Like I need more motivation to get him done.....

So here are my resolutions.....
1) post a blog at least three times a week
2) exercise 3-5 times a week
3) lose 115lbs (ok so that is a long, LONG term goal but still a goal!)
