woot woot, down 1.5, I did something right yesterday. I need to stick to that today and not let myself graze all day! I am doing baking today so it will be a challenge but I am up to the task!
Today my primary goal is to make sure I get my 10 min of exercise in ( if it warms up some I may actually take the kiddos for a walk so it will be much more than 10 min) and to up my water intake. I have been sorely lacking in the water department.
