I get a little bored doing these posts during the maintenance phase. There isn't as much to say because your goal is not to lose but not to gain either. As long as I stay with in +/-2 of where I finished phase 2 I am doing everything right.
I do want to start adding in exercise next week, so that will give me something more to talk about but for now I am running late to speech. I promise, keep reading. I also want to start talking about any new recipes I try that help me stay with in my goals. These will get more interesting again very soon.
