R3P3D15

ugh it is totally my fault, I have been slack.  I am up 3.3 pounds.  I am going to do a version of the steak day today and see if it will work, we are having roast tonight (that is a type of steak, right?)  I will just not eat all day and have that tonight and hopefully get the same results....we will see.  

I can say I think some of it is 'monthly' weight and I haven't 'gone' today weight but still I also know part of it is 'I don't seem able to stay the heck away from sugar'weight.  

One more week that is all I need I can, no I WILL, do it for one more week and then in three days after that DISNEYYYYYYYYYY
