woot woot, down 1.5, I did something right yesterday. I need to stick to that today and not let myself graze all day! I am doing baking today so it will be a challenge but I am up to the task!
Today my primary goal is to make sure I get my 10 min of exercise in ( if it warms up some I may actually take the kiddos for a walk so it will be much more than 10 min) and to up my water intake. I have been sorely lacking in the water department.

ugh it is totally my fault, I have been slack. I am up 3.3 pounds. I am going to do a version of the steak day today and see if it will work, we are having roast tonight (that is a type of steak, right?) I will just not eat all day and have that tonight and hopefully get the same results....we will see.
I can say I think some of it is 'monthly' weight and I haven't 'gone' today weight but still I also know part of it is 'I don't seem able to stay the heck away from sugar'weight.
One more week that is all I need I can, no I WILL, do it for one more week and then in three days after that DISNEYYYYYYYYYY

I don't have much to say today. I honestly didn't even weigh, I really couldn't deal with seeing an increase if it was there.
I did however start working out! I have some dvd's I have had forever and don't even remember where they came from but they are fabulous! 10 minute workouts, one is dancing, one is pilates and the other I don't even remember. Anyway I broke out the dance party and have no clue why I haven't done it before!
Just after I finished dancing my new jeans showed up. I am so happy to have some pants that fit, it is a beautiful thing!!! Soo tomorrow, I have a busy, busy day but I see no reason why I can't fit in 10 minutes. I will be back to weighing tomorrow too.

I do believe I got a little over confident. I felt like I knew better than the protocol (or just didn't care) My mom sent a bottle of coke down to us from Thanksgiving and I decided it was my job to get rid of it all (sarcasm!)
I am up 2.4 eek. I might be trying a steak day again today!!!

Woo I did something right, today I am at 0 change (which is what you work for in phase 3!!)
I hope I can hold on to this for another week and a half until I move on to phase 4 which I will be on until the beginning of January.
Unfortunately, we didn't do our usual grocery shopping this week because of Thanksgiving and we are RAPIDLY running out of food. Not sure what I will have for breakfast today!!!

wow that steak day thing really works!
Down 2.6 pounds back to 212.3. The amazing part was I wasn't really even hungry. I went all day with nothing but a little coffee until after 6pm when I finally got a chance to eat. When I did eat I had the biggest steak I could find, to be honest since my three yr old decided not to eat I basically ate his steak too and then I had an apple. So there you go, when you are in phase 3 if you find yourself up by 2 pounds or more from the day you ended phase 2 you are supposed to do the steak day. I am actually still up about a pound from where I ended phase 2 but this is better than where I had gotten to!
Now I have signed up for a pledge to do at least 10 mins of some kind of exercise daily so I will be starting that today. I have 3 10 minute exercise videos that I have never use so I will be starting with them at some point today. I have stayed up wayy too late the last 2 days though so right now all I want to do is sleep.....zzzzzzzzzzzz
