off the wagon AGAIN....

yeah yeah I know but it is so incredibly hot I can't do any walking outside and my kids have been so completely annoying that I can't get anything done inside.  I feel like crap about it and something has to give but when I think about how depressed I am about it I eat.... stupid vicious cycle!
